Playboy, Bruce Wayne has been invited to a charity event in Metropolis. Dressed in his best suit, he bedazzled everyone including the girls at the event. A few newspaper writers were there to gather information about the night and one of them was small town boy, Clark Kent. He had an odd feeling about Bruce but he never questioned him about it.
As the night progressed, some armed men ran into the building, taking all the rich people hostage, including Mr Wayne. Bruce could easily have taken these thugs down but to his suprise, the Joker was behind the scheme. Did Joker know about his identity?

Mercury wasn't just any black cat, no this was a fine purebred black Cornish rex that she had stolen from a drug lord in Istanbul. Mercury followed suit climbing into her arms. After all, there seems to be an extra kryptonian protector of this time's Metropolis, one that goes by "Superboy".
