Anthony and Lena are siblings, they're hunters, and they get pulled into a huge mess, where angels and demons are in the world.
of course, they get through demons, but Anthony has a huge problem with killing angels.

this is a supernatural au, where it takes place in the same universe as Sam and Dean are in, but things are different.

Adam milligan plays a huge part now, he isn't left out and he actually stays in the story for good reason, and people actually care about him enough to consistently talk about him even when he isn't there.
