We enter the life of Jon Arbuckle. Quite the character isn't he? An autistic man going undiagnosed for most of his life, if he didn't struggle to mask his behaviors. Jon was prescribed some anti-psychotics a few weeks ago by his friend Liz, since Jon had finally opened up about having hallucinations and delusions. Not the average ones like Garfield being able to speak, no, everyone heard Garfield. This hallucination would frequently have Jon scattering across the house in search of his rifle in an attempt to hide from a being that terrified the poor man. Gorefield. An eldritch horror that only one could loosely connect to being related to the beloved cat. Jon could hear the multiple legs, beating organs, and oozing, thumping flesh and tendrils of the being from anywhere. It was an assumed hallucination that haunted the nightmares of Jon Arbuckle. Jon wanted to kill that thing, to protect himself. It was no longer the cat he knew.
