Kaya Ryugamine, adopted sister of Mikado Ryugamine moves to Ikebukuro  due to her job as Shinra Kishitani's assistant, and to start a new chapter in her life.

However, after an interesting meeting with Strongest Man in Ikebukuro...He is the last person she expects help from let alone like him...
