Papyrus the skeleton, an 11 ft. beast of a monster, and alongside his brothers, the new landlords of a small town in the city of Fell. His temper was high, almost anything being able to set him off to kill anything and anyone in his path. 

His name is known, and others fear him as they should. Being a top dog mobster, his reputation tells everyone else one thing. "Avoid him at all costs."

And so they do, the moment anyone sees his towering frame coming towards them in the streets, they move across it in order to stay away from him in fear.
