Heatstroke Happens

Heatstroke is a young female SandWing animus, one of the few animus dragons in Pyrrhia. She learns that the dragons who were raising her were her parent's best friends, not her real parents. Now, she lives in a small hut that was owned by Prickle, who had a sister named Palm, who had a daughter named Onyx, who challenged the other queen named Thorn, who had a daughter named Sunny, who had a daughter named Sahara, who is now the queen. She visits the SandWing stronghold, and soon finds Sunny, who tells her about her mother and father. Her mother was living with the RainWings and then got taken hostage by the SeaWings during the war, while her father was captured and killed by SkyWings. Heatstroke starts to fly out to her mother, when she meets a peculiar NightWing/SkyWing hybrid named Everest, who can hear her thoughts. Eventually, when she's almost there, two dragons kidnap her and Everest and give Everest rope accessories, while they give Heatstroke a steel snoutband, which needs to be taken off by several animus dragons, one from each tribe. They've already got one, but they need to gather six others. Those six others are: Reef of the SeaWings, Peacock and Paradise of the RainWings, Eclipse of the NightWings, Alligator of the MudWings, Prince Aquilon of the IceWings, and Sparrow of the SkyWings, who is the oldest of them all. Eventually, they find her mother, Antelope, who is just like Heatstroke. The only thing is, will Antelope accept Heatstroke?
