Knowing your limits, fears, and tolerance; Physically, Emotionally and mentally are a few things everyone should be made aware of. I find that more often than not people don't know the true potential of how much they can withstand and deem themselves weak and fragile. While others say they have a high tolerance to what is throw their way without a single hesitance. Though where do you truly stand unless you are placed in dire situations. Wouldn't you agree?
