"I never believed in ghosts. Sure I'm fascinated by the prospect of their existence, and I love horror movies with a passion. But I also believe that once you're dead you're dead and there's no going back. But what if the human soul was in fact capable of lingering, and what could possibly motivate it to do so?" When Rowan Calderas moves to a new home just outside a small, rural town in Colorado with her family and two old family friends, Jack and his son Jason, she finds more than she expected. The move was supposed to take her and her family away from all their past troubles, but it would all be in vain. As the oppressive quality that blankets the entire place begins to set in, Rowan finds herself way in over her head. The past begins to resurface, begging her for aid.
