18 year old Shay Carter Levy heads to her first college frat party...alone. on the way back she has a little run in with a gang that is known to mess around with girls. after almost being horribly violated, a mysterious curly headed boy comes out of nowhere and defends her, although he took some hard hits for a scared girl he didn't even know it attracted her to him even more. After walking her back home and making sure she is safe, she welcomes him into her apartment to mend his wounds. he ends up spending the night on the couch, the morning after she awakens he is already gone. so where did he go? what was even his name? will Shay even see that boy again? even though she didn't know one thing about that boy, she felt as if...He was her Protector.
