"Allura." My father says calmly.
I look down at my very empty plate, sheepishly, knowing what's coming.
"Look at me when I am speaking to you, girl!!" My father yells which causes me to jump but i obey.
"Allura,You will be 18 in a few months and one of our enemies is looking to be married," I glance at my mother in horror but return my gaze to my father. "So I've sent them your information in hopes that they choose you to be their sons wife." No. No. NO. "They chose you sweetie. Isn't this great?!"
