Have you ever heard of the Chernobyl accident? In 1986 reactor four in the nuclear power plant gained too much power and well, boom! It released radioactive particles into the air. Mutations occurred along with deaths in the nearby town of Pripyat, which is now an abandoned city. For a couple years the city has been closed to all public. Of course it is only a few years later. I've arranged with a couple of friends to find out what is hidden in the abandoned city. Call me paranoid but I doubt that its been abandoned and never returned to in a matter of five years just because of a meltdown. Well who knows maybe I am just paranoid but I doubt it.

Scientist scramble to uncover what this virus does and find that it is a virus like no other. Once the virus starts to attack your body, you have exactly one year to live. A cure can't be found and the virus is spreading like wildfire. People are still recuperating from the nuclear war and find that there is nothing they can do to stop the virus. I was diagnosed with having the virus on January 1, 2015. My birthday was on the first and so I had just turned eighteen. What a birthday present, getting such a deadly disease, or could it somehow turn into a good thing? One year to live. I had the virus.Complete

After World War 3 in the year 2046 the world changed a lot. Here I am living in the year 2112. The war changed the world, created new countries and destroyed a lot. The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
The Best Laid Plans
This is my fanfic of the PC game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl. It's an excellent game based on the Strugatsky brother's novel 'Roadside Picnic'. This novel was the first to made me realise that aliens would be so...well...alien, that we wouldn't be unable to understand anything about them, not even their waste! The game differs from the book. Among other differences, it is based on the fallout zone of the Chernobyl reactor and the city of Pripeyat a. I wrote this for a contest and I won a copy of the game, personally signed by the entire development team! This is the story of Oleg and leonid, Stalkers. One is ambitious and will stop at nothing to gain control of his faction and the other a traumatised outcast on a never ending search for his lost sister. Both quests collide in the twisted and dangerous area called the Zone, a region that defies human understanding.Complete

A Different Virus - Laura's Story
This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? Chosen: Dead City
Rumors have been flying ever since a group of scientist in the Feet City who were capable on the unsuccessful attempt of the nuclear experimentation. Due to the corrupted experiment, unexpectedly it leads to a nuclear breakage which causes the ejection of harmful chemicals and results to genetic mutation. Somehow, the genetic mutation generated the abnormal DNA disorder of human beings and caused them to become a flesh eating people. But the thing is that people didn't believe and just ignored the whole conspiracy. They continued their works, daily routine and basis. And there goes a class of Grade 10 Gethsemane students went to school, not expecting a big nuclear explosion that ejected a nuclear smoke and covered the entire campus. After inhaling the smoke, they've lost their consciousness for about two weeks and woke up founding out that their fellow schoolmates were gone. The class of Grade 10 Gethsemane were the only people in the whole campus left alive which confused them so much. Eventually, they believe and concluded that apocalypse is really happening. So they stick together to plan something out from the most feared zombie apocalypse. Society is crumbling. Zombie apocalypse is happening.
