Hellsing: Mark Of The Beasts

An orphan since childhood, Rou takes his travels to England, where he is enrolled as a student despite his lone-wolf and hardened behavior. During his time there, he eventually finds interest in Seras Victoria, a Hellsing member as an undercover student.

Little does everyone know, Rou is not only a Genome Cyborg, a human with the ability to turn into animal hybrids with the use of a Genome Chip, he is also a werewolf. What Rou does not know, is that in London, other beings of the dark lurk about in the night, like a certain group of beasts in human form that take the crimson life force of other people.

The most surprising part? Seras isn't human also. In fact, she is a vampire.
