He keeps to himself and only ever talks to his brother, Itachi, and his knucklehead best friend who he loves, Uzumaki Naruto. Read more to find out their journey of this tragedy or maybe a miracle just might happen. ~~~~~ Note: This is, what would've been, the good ending in the first Hanahaki Disease book I wrote but instead Narusasu version. If you read the first book and the ending of this book, just as you read, you would place some names in different spots.
