This angsty, mysterious story follows a young toon girl by the name of Vixie Warner, who is trapped in her twin brother's shadow. It's a true tragedy. She had been isolated her whole life, until one night, she gets freed.
This story takes place in many different time frames, starting with the late 1920s, a few years after Yakko, Wakko and Dot were supposedly created, according the the lore of Animaniacs.
