In this world, you don't get a tattoo by simply going to a tattoo parlor and picking out a design to be out on your skin. The tattoo comes by itself, burning into your skin. It's painful, but it doesn't last long. A tattoo signifies who your soulmate is. You and your soulmate will have a matching pair so you can identify each other. When you have gotten your tattoo, you have met the requirements:
1.)you actually met your soulmate
2.)your emotionally ready for a serious relationship
Arya Golde was just a normal girl. Her life was uncomplicated until the day she got not one, but two, tattoos. Two different soulmates. Now she has to choose for herself the guy who would suit her best. And she has to watch her step, fearful of breaking anyone's hearts in the process.
