Off the Track (Cars x reader)

A young car, wishing to be a racer.
An unlucky number, winning odd races.
A crash on the track, near death off it.
A friendship, formed between young and old.
Something more, blossoming between them.

Y/n, a young Pontiac GTO, born in 1966. Wins their first race as a rookie in 1984. Their chosen number, 13, wins odd races. Not every race can be won by the young car, odd or even. Races for a season before being sponsored by Dinoco. Instead of following in their father's tire-marks, and drag racing, they aim for the piston cup.
