Shouta aizawa is a pro hero and a teacher at ua. His best friend, Hizashi Yamada aka present mic, left him many times. However... this time he left him for longer then usual without contacting him which hurt aizawa very much. In his best friends absent he started cutting, tried suicide but was caught, became an alcoholic, and his sadistic side acted up more often as hizashi wasn't there to calm him. Shouta developed feelings for his best friend but never got the chance or wanted to confess in the fear of being rejected. He finally returns after 6 years and doesn't accept it. Shouta starts throwing up petals, flowers and along with pools of blood. He immediately recognizes it and just accepts death. He does start spending more time with his best friend which makes his disease worse. Hizashi plans on getting him the surgery but shouta always told him, "In my whole life, I would do anything even die if I had to forget that person who I love and been there with me most of the time even if they left," He muttered most of the last part but Hizashi thought he just mumbled something. Shouta Aizawa takes notice to how his best friend, Hizashi Yamada, seems to be struggling with his past recently. Shortly after he finds out and attempts to grow closer to him like they had been in the past, Hizashi mysteriously disappears without a trace. It looked like he was crying, but he wasn't making any noise. Shouta noticed a burnt smell, concealing a cough. It was obvious that he didn't recognise him in the slightest. Hizashi was completely frozen as Shouta came closer to him, hoping for some sort of realisation. Still nothing. He looked over his friend, scanning for injuries. He had scrapes and bruises, but nothing too bad. At least, that's what he thought until Hizashi bolted past him to get to the door. His uncoordinated legs fell out from under him and he crashed back to the ground. What happens when his faith in his heroes finally breaks? What happens when he finally had enough? What happens when he doesn't believe in UA anymore? What happens when he is done giving UA chances to fix the things right in front of them? What if he no longer looks up to All Might? What if his best friend Shouto Todoroki offered his hand to start over somewhere else? This is how Izuku Midoriya finally breaks after the repeated failures of the UA high school and its teachers. They allowed repeated assaults and attempted murder to happen without punishment and never did anything to fix it. Instead, they forced Izuku to partner up with the person that kept hurting him for the final exam where Katsuki Bakugo just hurt him once again. As such, Shouto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya decided to change their lives. Why stay where the teachers don't care? Why not leave to another hero school? - Note - Endeavor is better in this. After the sports festival, he drastically changed due to the words that Izuku said and saw what he did for his son. He ended up visiting his wife in the mental hospital to talk to her and he came to so many realizations. He apologized to her and promised to do better and have her released from the hospital to return home if she wished or to move into a new home at her desire. This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.)
