Unbeknownst to everyone, monsters lurk in the corners of the world. A city like Tokyo isn't an exception as these monsters born from negative emotions eat humans.

However, humans can fight with one of the three abilities given from their birth: the Gift of the Runes, the Crest of the Weapon, and the Blessing of the World.

In the midst of everything, Suisei Hoshimachi, along with all of her other coworkers, get involved in a war with the future of the world in line.
