However, the heroes cut their vacation short after getting a disturbance in the kingdom. Now, Mario, Luigi, and company have to team up with a cool blue hedgehog, a space princess, and her son to save the universe from an evil goddess bent on summoning the Dark Star and bringing about the end of days. All of the characters belong to Nintendo and Sega except for Rohan, Discordia, Audrey, Captain Lardbutt, Aeron, and Atlas who are completely original characters!
