Nightmares

After Steve and Bucky both are assumed dead during the war, Ivy Rogers, Steve's younger sister believes the two are still out there. Howard Stark agrees with Ivy and gives her the super solider serum like he did her brother after seeing her potential as she was trained by S.H.E.I.L.D.

Thinking she had finally found Bucky, Ivy is kidnapped by Hydra and brainwashed like her brothers best friend as they become the deadliest duo in history. The Winter Soldier & The Phantom.

When the pair regain some memories while fighting Capitan America, Falcon and Black Widow, they move into the Avengers compound once Steve finds them in Bucharest & old feelings between the two resurface.
