100 years ago in the calamity that struck Hyrule, there were 6 champions chosen by the princess. They all helped fight in the calamity but we're all ultimately killed, except for two. This fierce duo dominated the battle field until Gannon  crushed them. (Not literally crushed they were defeated) Princess Zelda, loosing her best friends, people who stuck with her through hardship, used ancient shielah technology to bring her friends back. 100 years later Zarya and Link have awoken but retained no knowledge of their past. It is up to them to rebuild their friendship, maybe more, while defeating the calamity. Zelda is trapped in Hyrule Castle and it is up to them to save it. If you haven't read the prequel of this story, I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get. confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.
