65 million years ago, Earth was peaceful and growing sustainably. An Alien named Keeper however, crashed onto Earth for his safety away from a bounty hunter, Sledge. He was after the Energems, the strongest source of energy in whole dimension. Keeper entrusted the energems to the dinosaurs for them to keep safe and bonded too. However, an asteroid hit earth and caused the extinction of Dinosaurs, which they lost the energems. Keeper disappeared off the surface of earth while Sledge was still determined to find the energems for evil misuses. Dozen of years later, a new generation of Power Rangers are chosen and bonded to the energems with their strong-hearts. Now, they have to protect Earth from villainy and evil intentions.
