Louis Tuatha Dé, the love child of a 'archdemon'  and a 'vampirelf'. He has memories of his past life as a homeless beggar with his twin brother. Now he is reincarnated and woke up as a 3 years old peasant in a Victorian-like town street. As he is struggling to survive and discover his new found identity, he got kidnapped and get thrown to the slums, begging food at poor people who also got nothing to eat until he is in a state of starvation. In the brink of death, a pair of teenage boy and girl appear to save him.

Mia Dé Xandra, a daughter to potion makers. Her parents are a mage and ex-knight. Born in a middle class society. She like riddles and chemistry. So, she decided to became a detective in the future. 

What will happens when these two geniuses met each other on the stage of crime? Will they be sworn rivals or closest allies? Did destiny bought them together or it's all just the cupid works?
