Inspired by my evil dragon storyline from Tales of the dark Universe as well as Issei Dxd, the story takes place after the evil dragon war, Issei finally wakes up from coma and realizes that none of the girls decided to take their time to visit him or Asia who was in comatose, the only people that visited him were his parents and his sensei Azazel. Things only become worse when he finds out that Rias is not only responsible for his death at the hands of Raynare but also proceeds to cheat on him with another man with the rest of her peerage along with demeaning him
Having enough of the insults and betrayals, he runs away but suffers from dragon's fall, he is then followed by the people who genuinely cared for him as well as the only woman who truly loved him, they were there for him at their final moments, but it turns out two specific entities decide to take interest in him, Issei then decides along with Draigg and the two specific entities that he is not going to be ever manipulated or toyed with ever again in the new timeline, he then proceeds to perform a reset with only the people present with him keeping the memories of the previous timeline

A long time ago, two races dominated the land: monsters and humans. The relationship between both races was conflictual, hostile, and difficult, as humans feared monsters, both for their appearances and for the great power they could possess by obtaining a human soul. Because of this, monsters were always treated as scum and creatures to be feared, creating a significant prejudice against them. However, one day, the monsters grew tired of this situation, and their king decided to start a war against all humans, thus decreeing the beginning of ruin for their own people. This war lasted a long time, but in the end, the victors were the humans, who, with great magical power derived from the souls of the wizards of the time, sealed the monsters underground. Many years passed after this event. Legends said that any human who fell into that underground would die, but a child decided to go to the place where everything had been sealed. They ended up falling but managed to survive the fall and now seek a way to escape or a reason to stay. Immense credits to Error Sannes, a YouTube channel creating its own AU of StoryFell. Without his narrative, I would have created something much more basic, so to speak. Of course, I will also create my own scenes and specific interactions, but what he has done is already very good and helps me a lot to have a direction. The symptoms of the disease are summarized to strong pain, having flowers blooming in the heart and lungs, and then throwing them up. The disease begins with coughing up a few petals and growing in intensity (and pain) until the victim is vomiting entire flowers, by which point the disease has entered its final stages... While Issei and the others were preparing their school festival, The ORC gets a call from Ravel's mother, who informs them to look after their daughter. Issei says yes, after which the calls gets cut off. He then notices Rias walk out, on asking what happened, Rias asked him what she is to him. Issei responded with President is president causing Rias to cry, everyone berates him for this, for not understanding Rias's feelings, instead of Issei taking the insults head on, he snaps at them, for ignoring him, even comparing some of them to Raynare.
