The fourth shinobi war was over but one thing was for sure Naruto and Kurama was the last two alive, so Naruto thought that he should do his transformation jutsu but change it so that he would become a girl for the rest of his life, and after doing that he would let out Kurama as he would not die, then make love with Kurama to repopulate the world, inside Kami show her self to naruto and sent Naruto and Kurama back to when he was 4 but this time as a girl.
