The Five Kingdoms are stuff of legend, about Gods who used to rule over the Earth before humans even lived there. They were forced into hiding, in a rift in time and space. All is not well in the Five Kingdoms, the Dragon Queen has been murdered by a mad warrior of the Shadow, angering the Dragon King. With everyone hating the Shadow, princess Alana of the Dragon is the only heir of the Royals. This is her story.
