That one decision changed my life is about a girl named Sofia who used to be in the Italian Mafia but one day decided that she was over with killing innocent people and wanted to live a non-killing life. But one simple decision changed her life forever. She decided to go to a bar have a couple of drinks but instead she finds her ex-boyfriend (Italian Mafia Leader) at the same bar. They soon run into each other, but things start to get complicated again when he tries to involve her again into the mafia. Another issue is she has a boyfriend. Will she choose her ex or current?
