In the small town of Merrihill everything is always the same. You go church on Sunday and the girls are with boys and boys are with girls. It's the way it's always been. Gossip seems to spread just as fast as anyone has heard it. No one ever seems to change. It is as if everyone in the town is afraid to be who they really are. They all put on masks and pretend as if it were normal to never be yourself. Maybe it is. But maybe it should not be this way. Maybe we all are a little bit like the people of Merrihill sometimes.
