A narrative about the mental and physical growth of Olivia Sabey, a teen with severe asthma, who is yet to be diagnosed with depression. She and her mother move to a small town in Missouri, meeting the bipolar Tyler Caffee. Both adolescents have in common their struggle with gaining a stable mentality. Along the way of this newfound friendship, Olivia lodges herself in a turbulent ride of happiness and sadness, a path Tyler is more than acquainted with. To control their illnesses, a romance grows, and with it, Olivia's and Tyler's depression rises as well.
