Being able to fulfill you with electric ecstasy on the end of the aisle in forms of vows to your loved one, they also have the power to break your heart into a thousand pieces. Sometimes, the shattering isn't caused by someone not keeping their word, but by yourself not able to hold onto it.

Cherry has made a promise to her mother when she found her mutilated corpse at the age of barely eight years. A life for a life. Intending to keep her word for whatever it takes, she prepared her entire life to kill the famous Captain America, praised by most people like an angel, and yet, the murderer of the person meaning most to her. Along her turbulent path, swearing she'd end everyone in her way, she just doesn't calculate the presence of another annoyingly-handsome Super Soldier with that damn deep-throaty chuckle.
