Family is everything. What we have, what we know since we were born. They know everything about us and we think we know everything about them. But is it really truth? As we grow older, we find out that life is a little bit more complicated than we thought as children. Especially in the post apocalyptic future where the world we know ended after explosions of several nuclear bombs at the end of third WW. People change since then - mentally, but physically as well. Because of the spreading of air poluted by radiation, people are now divided into three groups. Those who are not infected - Blood Ones. Those who are infected and slowly and painfully dying - Faithful. And those who got infected but instead of dying their DNA developed changes - Independent. Each one of them has bright green eyes. They cannot die of radation, they are stronger, faster, more intelligent but mainly they live in secret. Government has no clue about their existance and they are doing everything they can to keep it that way.

Reader Comments: "I'm gonna gush about your book real quick...all the technology has a purpose and is beautifully explained so I can picture it in my mind...the whole concept of the book is completely original...*moment of silence for your beautiful arch of character development* everything your characters do is strictly them but they develop enough to show more about themselves without you straight up telling the reader about them" -Vairl9023 "Ahh!!! This is so good!! I will be anxiously awaiting the next Chapter!!" -CrystalBagot "Brilliant...ohh, this is very catchy, good work" -IndeeMaynard "I love this so far" -BrianneMorris "You've done a great job at creating a mysterious mood" -poisonedpen *** All Evita Creedy, 17, wants is to finish her degree and be accepted for a prestigious job with the city's Department of Energy.
