Arianna has had the same routine sense the death of her mother. Wake up and have coffee with her dad, go to Starbucks with her best friend Kit, go to school and add another test to her pile of failures, go home and fail to fall asleep until it could be considered morning. That is until one day that schedule is interrupted by the discovery of Greek gods, demi gods, and everything that hates them. As the story continues the past becomes clear yet complicated as Arianna, Kit, and a few new friends look for Pandora who is not only alive but in danger – just as the rest of the world if they fail. (AN- not to good at this whole description thing, but this is the beginning to a series that will at the very least be 3 books, I am currently working on the second one. I hope you give it a chance <3). here is a link to pictures of the main characters http://s1280.photobucket.com/user/xLeosxTwinx/slideshow/Finding%20Pandora?sort=3

She had pushed herself past her breaking point, and still continued on as if nothing was wrong. The demigod knew if she allowed herself time to take even a moment, her soul would physically crack in two. Now was not the time for weakness, if anything, she had to be stronger. She knew the other girls would mumble about her, but Icaria wouldn't listen to them. She refused to watch someone she loved fall at the hands of Thanatos again. If need be, she would offer herself to him in place. Yet, there was someone who noticed the young girl breaking apart. She could see the bags grow darker, and watched as Icaria began to eat less and less. It was the same someone who had saved Icaria all those years ago. And the goddess refused to watch that someone suffer any longer. The goddess, Artemis, stepped out of her tent in the early morning light. All of her girls were getting rest, taking the opportunity to relax with the very few days of peace they had left. All except one. In the distance, the goddess could hear the distinct sound of metal striking against wood. She took quiet steps, and watched Icaria Kane from a distance. The girl breathed heavily, her body slumped from exhaustion. "Icaria?" Artemis asked, stepping through the early morning fog. "Why do you cry?" The demigods body tightened, urging the tears to stop falling. She turned her body away from her goddess, clutching Hearth in her hands.

Happening sometime after Camp Jupiter and Half-Blood Hill unite. Percy and Annabeth are finally looking forward to peace and quiet. They've had a hard couple of years. Hard is an understatement. They look forward to kicking back, going to college, collecting a few demigods, and hanging out with their friends. But when Rachel Dare has a fainting fit and reveals a prophecy that shatters the allusion that they'll have even a sort of normal life. Percy is yet again thrown into a quest that is going to take all of his powerful friends to accomplish. But the person he needs most will have to be left behind. Violet didn't ask for this. She never does. It was an accident. But she knows it's not. With the threat of getting kicked out of yet another school Violet has to keep her wits with her as she tries to brave the horrors of high school her senior year. But when another "accident" results in her trashing the auditorium and meeting a dark haired green eyed boy Violet learns that her normal life has never been normal at all. Thrust into a world she doesn't understand with powers she can't control Violet learns some truth about herself and about her parents. Their quest takes them somewhere few have been and come back from and brings together the most powerful group of demigods the two camps have ever seen. Everyone knows their quest will be full of danger. Monsters will be everywhere they turn. If they forge ahead they may not even make it back alive. But if they don't no one will be alive. Will all their worst nightmares come true as they descend into the dark? Or will something more sinister and twisted make them wish they'd never been born?
