10:56 AM 06/19/15 - Suspected activity came to a stop, SD members wait for Team A to return
11:12 AM 06/19/15 - Team A did not return. At least fifteen unknown personnel existed in the ventilation system.
1:05 PM 06/19/15 - Facility on lockdown
