Tommy has been in the system for years. He's been in and out of homes. He has a secret that he can't let anyone know about. He has wings, and many people would like to sells those wings. Tommy was always the problem child. He doesn't think anyone will foster him for more than a month. That was until he met Phil and his family.
This is my first fanfiction, ever, but I'm proud of what it has become
I also don't know anything about foster care or adoptions, so bare with me.
Everything in here is platonic, no ships.
