To sum up, Louis is no longer able to see Juno due to his arranged political marriage with a female red deer. Juno and Louis part ways at the end.

This is where the story will continue. 

It has been 9 months since Louis and Juno have last seen each other in person until one night Louis is out with his wife and happen to cross paths with a Grey female wolf working at the night bar.
