This is not because Hades is a righteous God. Hades is a bored God. And those dark, wretched souls are not slithering into his realm fast enough. No matter, Hades knows exactly what to do to tip the power scales in his favour. Issi is sent to the mortal realm to complete Hades' task of reaping as many evil souls as possible.
