Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan.
