An alternate scenario of World War II. Typically, these stories involve adding elements, such as equipping Japan with modern technology or granting them knowledge from the future. But that approach feels too conventional, so I tried subtracting instead. I decided to remove the enormous factor that is the United States of America. The result was an entirely different history. In a world which the Axis achieve victory in ww2, only two major powers play key roles on the world stage. The Greater Germanic Reich, and Imperial Japan. The two remain in a Cold War. Within these empires, are the puppets states of Reichskommissariat Moskowien: a prison of ruins, of vast, and essential land to the Germans. And the Empire of Manchuria, an essential asset to the Co-East Asian Prosperity Sphere. A paradise of some sorts, stringed together in a labyrinth of propaganda and lies. The Reichskommissar and Empress of both puppet states make an unlikely pair.

In 1939, as World War 2 began, a Jew named Analiese Baldwin is rescued from an explosion by a German soldier. She has only his dog tag to remember him by. Now, four years later, she is rounded up like all the other Jews to be placed in a cruel concentration camp. Cruelty is not unfamiliar, though.
