Bakugou Katsuki was a detective in Musutafu in the 1880s when a string of gruesome murders took place. Midoriya Izuku, Katsuki's trusted friend and the object of his affections, was the medical scientist assigned to the case. The pair of them must work together to stop the Ripper before he kills again.
