As a part of his punishment for the Battle of New York, Loki has been forced to do the Avengers' dirty work for four years, taking care of the particularly difficult enhanced humans. However, after doing just that for so long, it's begun to wear at his soul and conscious.
Meanwhile, tucked away in isolation, a young woman named Aliana is fighting for her life. After spending over a decade at the mercy of Bolivar Trask, she has finally built up the courage to stand up and escape.
