If you had asked me a year ago if love could be defined I would have pulled out a dictionary and said "Sure, here's the definition right here."
But now as my eyes scan over this "definition of love", I am deeply unsatisfied. Love is so much more than those simple six words printed in black ink.
Love can make a person feel so extremely happy that their heart could burst from joy... but at the same time it can cause so much pain that they feel like their heart could shatter into millions of pieces. How can something so complex and confusing be defined in six simple words? Well...
It can't.
Love simply can't be defined.
