At the center of this secret fighter's guild lies the hopes and future of Jack and her family but could result in the destruction of all that she's ever known. Jack's lack of faith in her friends and family will push her to test the limits of her perseverance and strength. 


Through the gentle guidance of the local butcher, Jack will try and discover what it means to depend on those who really count - when she needs it most. But how will the sudden appearance of the mysterious River disrupt her future plans? Jack works against all odds to uncover the twisted folds of the Guild all the while just trying to survive.
