She's been trained to fight sense she could hold a stick, taken under the top general's wing while her father ignores her in favor of her twin brother, Alex. He's their fathers pride and joy, ment to be the next king. Father has always given Alex special attention leaving his daughter to the side.

But now Violet has been suddenly yanked from the raging war, being called back to the kingdom for seemingly no reason. All she wants is to be on her battlefield where she knows she can dominate and control.
