Beneath the Ashes

Ever lost someone who you thought could be your perfect match? Have you ever felt like you have a guardian angel by your side? On a normal August day, Jack Rickley, a 17-year-old boy from Victoria B.C., goes with his father to the fire department he works at. When they get an emergency call that the abandoned antique shop down the road is burning down, Jack and his father rush to the scene. What could happen there may change Jack's life forever. In this story of identity and love, Jack is faced with many choices that could alter his life for the better or worse.
