"whatever," i scoffed, "i still hate you."
he chuckled softly, "i know, which is why i'm going to make it up to you."
i shot my attention back to him, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion. he laughed at my expression and stood up, holding his hand out for me to take.
"what are you doing?" i asked, staring at his slender hand.
"we are getting out of here, come on," he shook his hand in front of me.β
