The Blight and The Dragon

Amity Blight, an aspiring author, is asked by her mother, Odalia Blight, and her father, Alador Blight, to look after their home and keep her older siblings, Edric and Emira Blight, from burning the house down while they were off at an invention competition showing off their abomination weapons and machinery. She does as she's asked, as annoyed by her siblings as she is and being annoyed by the Golden Guard didn't help either. One day, Amity sees both of her parents' palisman coming back to where she was. Out of worry, she follows them to a castle where a dragon lurked, a dragon as tall as fifteen feet, one that kept her parents prisoner. Wanting her parents to be safe, she offered herself in their place. The dragon took her up on that offer and kept her prisoner. Will Amity stay the dragon's prisoner forever? Will the dragon hurt Amity? Or will something else occur?

The Blight Chronicles: Odalia & Alador
Have you ever come accorss a character that leaves you wondering how they got to this point in their life? Have they always been this way or was there an event in their life that made them like this? This series is a bit of an ambitious project on my end. I plan on creating a three part series focusing on the Blight family and how they got to be who they are today. The first will focus on Odalia and Alador, the second on Edric and Emira, and the third would focus on amity. The following story is a collection of my personal theories for Alador and Odalia Blight from The Owl House series and how they came to be the bad parents we know today. Do I condone the actions of these characters? No. Am I defending their actions? Not at all. Do I find these characters to be extreamly interesting? Absolutely. A Change For The Better (Human AU)
Luz Noceda was a troublemaker for sure. The Hispanic girl always got into fights with people over stupid things. It didn't help that she was failing all her classes except Physical Education. The girl was on her way to the principal's office to find out her punishment for getting involved in another fight when something crazy happened. Luz was going to be sent to another school! Not only was this school a boarding school, but it was also Hexside the most famous school in Connecticut. Luz tries to convince her mom to opt out of it, but her mom agrees with the principal's decision. Luz is forced to pack and leave two days before the second semester and live with her Mom's friend, Eda. On the way, she meets a few people and a minty-haired devil standing before her eyes. She finds herself intrigued by the girl and tries to get closer to her. Will Luz find friends and adjust to her new life at Hexside? Will she get close to the minty-haired girl? Or will she drown in her self-pity? Find out. WARNING. Luz has went to camp and when she came back she didn't act any different, she still didn't get one friend so her mother (Camila) changed. She got aggressive/abusive with Luz and school doesn't help, the second day of school comes and before Luz leaves she runs away and finds a house. Luz runs into it and turns out it took her to the boiling isles. But Luz has changed, she was mean, quiet, hostile and had mad trust and anger issues she also developed Hemophobia (fear of blood) and Traumatophobia (fear of having an injury). When joining Hexside the girls there were mean and harsh like the kids at her human school, but Luz learned how to stick her ground there at her human school. Luz would stand her ground and be mean to literally everyone that got in her way. Blights, one of the most esteemed and richest family's of witches in the boiling isles. They have three kids. Emira blight, Edric Blight, and the youngest amity blight. but the parents of these children have a dark secret, there once was a fourth child. The oldest named oden blight. He was a prodigy for magic and he did everything right, but there was one thing that made his parents supposedly kill the boy. He didn't do everything his parents command him to do. And after so many days of this happening he was in a fatal 'accident' when a spell was miss fired onto the boy sending him off the edge of a cliff into a boiling hot sea. Years later after this has happened there has been incidents where some of the blights business partners have been brutally murdered by the same thing. Blue flames. Amity's breath hitches in her throat, and she doesn't speak. "Can I kiss you?" Luz asks, her breath tickling Amity's lips. Without any hesitation Amity nods her head yes, her eyes still wide. She couldn't believe it. Was this actually happening or was she dreaming? Luz looks at Amity again, obviously nervous. She doesn't seem to move, so Amity does instead. She cups Luz's face with her hands and gently brings her closer, pressing her lips against Luz's. The hybrid lets out a muffled squeak of surprise, but doesn't pull away or try to stop Amity. After a moment Amity releases Luz and covers her mouth with her hand, her cheeks tinted pink. Luz says nothing, and her ears lower, the tips of them red. "Wow." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luz Clawthorne-Noceda had always lived in the demon realm along with Camila and Eda, her moms.
