Unit S-7364 of the S.O.U.L program. an ever evolving unit with a limitless power core, working in tandem with an actual human brain of a 18 year old victim of a recent Grimm attack of the nearby town. and unknowing to all the scientists, that one little difference between the other S.O.U.L units was the key. It's been 75 years since Project Soul's failure and disbandment. But maybe they didn't fail after all.
