What if Godzilla and Mechagodzilla met on different terms? 

What if, when Kong got revived, instead of seeing intense, gruesome fighting he saw two titans inspecting eachother with curiosity; the whole city fell still and tense for any bouts of aggression between the two.

Godzilla on the other hand is amazed at the technology and intelligence that this mechanical doppelganger contains, he wants to explore more and it seems like his metal replica wants the same. However it concerns him that humanity had excelled far beyond what he thought they were capable of and he needs to prepare for the worst; he needs an heir.

Monarch is stumped, they needed to finish the evacuation but with three kaiju in the centre of the city they cannot do anything but pray no fighting happens as they try to figure out what is going on with Godzilla's unusual behaviour.

Some time ago after humanity's once mighty Mecha Kaiju Girl, Super Mechagodzilla, was destroyed, humanity created a new Anti-Kaiju Girl robot to defend against the potential threat of Kaiju Girls. Their plan-b and solution was M.O.G.U.E.R.A., humanity's latest and mightiest anti-kaiju humanoid combat robot and new defender, modified from the wreckage of Super Mechagodzilla's remains. Only this time however, unlike its predecessors, it's the first (and only) male-based robot. M.O.G.U.E.R.A. is locked, loaded and ready for action to defend humanity, but along the way he soon learns the extent of how far the UNGCC and GDF are willing to go; by wiping out ALL Kaiju Girls regardless of which is friend or foe. With that, M.O.G.U.E.R.A. must then also come to terms with the question of whether or not all the Kaiju Girls are really as rampant, hostile and destructive as some of his human superiors of the UNGCC and Global Defense Force believe, and if coexistence is possible. WARNING: Suggestive and mature themes. After the eventual failure of Apex Cybernetics, Godzilla and Kong both declared a truce finally ending the war started by their ancestors. As far back as 2014, Monarch had been working on a new energy source operation. In Honolulu, Hawaii, they built a power grid made up of three experimental Titan Cell Fusion Reactors. These reactors were powered by the primordial radioactive residue left by Godzilla and other Titans rather than conventional nuclear energy. Monarch quickly discovered that this residue contained incredible amounts of Titan DNA, and the United States would soon be the First Nation to benefit from Titan Energy. However, terror and disaster struck without warning the following year. After a magnitude 9.8 earthquake devastated the area, horrifying tourists and locals, all three reactors malfunctioned and detonated with a powerful shockwave, forcing the project to be relocated. Over 120,000 people were killed and 200,000 were left injured in the unprecedented aftermath. However, this was not the first time Hawaii had experienced a reactor incident. One survivor was Sean Harris who lost his family 15 years ago. Now he was a young adult who happened to be a well respected and high ranked employee in the company, but Sean was still at the reactor area when the tragedy struck, and the shockwave sent him flying. He was lost at sea while suffering from radiation poisoning, but also undergoing a physical molecular mutation that slowly transformed him into a kaiju. Time went on and he entered a catatonic state in the depths of the sea after fleeing military forces, and knew mankind would never aid him. Godzilla, Queen of the Monsters found him and brought him back to an island paradise for Titans. Yet why did Godzilla decide to save him? How would he learn to embrace his new life? Will the planet witness the rise of the Queen's destined King?

With that out of the way, this will be a "yandere" type story, and will have normal Godzilla movie themes in it such as death, spoilers for the movies, and themes I've added in. There will be "talking" kaiju, however they don't physically speak to humans, rather its an insight into their thoughts/feelings.

In the Multiverse of the Kaiju, there have been many who have been called The King of The Monsters most being the versions of Godzilla in every reality. In each reality, the Earth has been the battleground as many foes came to take over it but were defeated by Godzilla. Every time a foe comes from space looking to conquer this world has anyone ever wondered, Why? What if I were to tell you that each earth is a unique existence in each reality serving the same yet a very important purpose. Deep under the crust, the core of the earth is actually a very tiny small drop of the sun. In a way, the earth is formed over a ball of gasses that separated from the sun when they started to rotate cooling down and forming the crust under the mantle was the core that still carries the young sun's cosmic radiation that the Kaiju's safe absorb very slowly that's why they get stronger as they get older. Other than a few specific species alongside the Kaiju none can absorb the radiation that comes from the core of the earth. That's what makes it a unique breeding grows in each reality. Now after facing foes in her Universe and getting stronger what would happen if Godzilla were to come face to face with the True ruler of the Universe? The being that has taken armies of monsters by himself without a problem, He is the very embodiment of Death itself.
