Hi Everyone!
I want to start a blog, with my ideas for weight loss. I would like state a disclaimer that I am NOT a professional. Nothing here will be based on scientific research/evidence or proof. This is my invention of a diet that I believe will work for ME. Having that said, I have done a lot of research on nutrition and SOME of my ideas are based off research. NONE of my idea's I will say is the "right" way. As it says in the title, it is MY attempt to lose weight. I would love tips or ideas from you guys that I can add to this and help me on my journey. I wish you all the best and I hope I can help give you ideas and hopefully you can join me in this journey with me. This is a evolving idea on losing weight therefore it changes daily as I add modifications, new ideas and set new goals. I believe by starting this blog it will help motivate me to keep me going. I can look back on my progress, receive support from you guys and do what I enjoy most, writing.
I would also like to say, my idea of losing weight may not work for you because my weight loss goals could be totally different from yours. Ideally I would want to lose 15 pounds by March 7th, but there is no goal because I will not look at my scale until March 7th. I am 145ish pounds as of 3 weeks ago and I have not looked at the scale since the holidays. I am terrified to do so. I am 5'4 and a size 6 in pants, depending on the store.
This is pretty much all you need to know before you start reading my blog. I hope I can help you and I know that whoever reads this can help me.
