Everything in Between

28 parts Complete Mature

Niall never thought high school would be easy, but he didn't expect it to feel this overwhelming. Navigating the chaos of friendships and self-doubt is hard enough, but when his grandfather-the one person who truly understood him-dies of cancer without warning, Niall's world begins to unravel. Grief takes hold in quiet, invisible ways, mixing with a growing storm of anxiety that makes every hallway feel too loud and every moment too heavy. His friends-Harry, Louis, Liam, and Zayn-are his lifeline, but even they seem weighed down by their own battles: insecurities, unspoken tensions, and the constant pressure to seem fine when they're anything but. As secrets surface and the cracks in their group deepen, Niall finds himself struggling to balance supporting everyone else with facing his own depression and fear of being left behind. But through the grief and anxiety, he begins to learn that coming of age isn't about having all the answers-it's about finding strength in the people who see you, even when you can't see yourself. A heartfelt and emotional story about grief, mental health, anxiety, and the messy, beautiful process of growing up.
